How can I track my order?
In order to provide the most cost-efficient service, and to keep your proices low, we use 2nd class services for delivery, which are untracked, unless requested otherwise.
Where can I ship my order to?
Your order can be shipped to any UK address. Please note, if you're shipping your order to an address that's different to the billing address, you may be asked to provide additional security information.

What shipping options are available to me?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £20, with delivery in 2-3 working days. Should you require a faster delivery, please select this option at the checkout.
Does Vegan Supplement Store ship to PO Boxes?
We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
My order didn't arrive - what should I do?
Please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery address by contacting us. This must be done by contacting us online. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
Can I ship with express/priority?
Orders for free delivery are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail or Hermes. If you need a different shipping service, please contact us before placing your order.
How long before I receive my order?
If you place an order for pouches before 12 noon on a working day, you will receive your products within 2-3 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Order under £20: £2.95
Orders over £20: Free
Saturday delivery: £3.95
Who will deliver my order?
It will either be Royal Mail or Hermes.
Can I deliver to a pickup point?
If the pickup point is different to your billing address, please contact us on info@vegansupplementstore.com.
