How can I track my order?

If you ordered a pouch, you will be able to track your order by clicking here and entering your tracking number and postcode. You would have received this when you placed your order. If you cannot find this, please contact us on

If you ordered tablets or capsules, these are currently shipped from a different location and will be sent via 2nd class royal mail post.

Where can I ship my order to?

Your order can be shipped to any UK address. Please note, if you're shipping your order to an address that's different to the billing address, you may be asked to provide additional security information.

What shipping options are available to me?

Free next working day shipping is available on orders orders of pouches (talets and capsules are sent via 2nd class rotal mail). Saturday delivery is available for pouches for £2.49.

Does Vegan Supplement Store ship to PO Boxes?

We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

My order didn't arrive - what should I do?

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change the delivery address by contacting us. This must be done by calling +44 (0) 330 058 5460 or contacting us online. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I ship with express/priority?

Orders for pouches are sent via APC Overnight and are express as standard. If you require timed deliveries, please contact us. Orders for tablets and capsules are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail. If you need a different shipping service, please contact us before placing your order.

How long before I receive my order?

If you place an order for pouches before 12 noon on a working day, you will receive your products the next working day. Orders for tablets and capsules are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-4 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

All Orders: Free

Saturday delivery: £2.45
