Directions for Use
Please ensure you follow these instructions carefully to ensure you get the most out of this product.
Take one 50g serving (one scoop) and mix with 250-300ml of water, vegan milk or into a smoothie. Naturally, the less liquid you use, the thicker your shake will be, so if you like your shake to have a think consistency, use less liquid and if you like it less thick use more liquid. Generally, we recommend starting with the amount shown on the pouch and then adding more milk or water to suit your taste.
We recommend using our shaker to mix your vegan meal replacement shake quickly and conveniently. To avoid the powder sticking to the bottom of the shaker (or blender, should you choose), we recommend adding the powder after adding the liquid.
